**Terms of Service – Little Keepsake Lane*

Welcome to **Little Keepsake Lane**. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before purchasing.

**1. Handmade Nature of Products**

All quilts and keepsake items are **handmade to order**. Slight variations in stitching, layout, and fabric placement are part of the handmade charm and not considered defects. Each quilt is unique and created with care to honour your memories.

**2. Order Process**

Orders are confirmed once your **non-refundable deposit** is received.

Your spot in our sewing queue is secured only after payment and receipt of your clothing items.

Before sending clothing, please:

* Ensure all items are **clean and dry**

* Include a note with your **name and contact details**

* Package items securely for transit

 

 **3. Turnaround Time**

Our standard turnaround time is **6–8 weeks** from the date your clothing is received.

This timeframe may vary slightly depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or custom design complexity. We will communicate any delays and keep you updated on your quilt’s progress.

**4. Payment Terms**

* A **non-refundable deposit** of $100 is required to secure your order.

* The **remaining balance** is due prior to shipment or pickup.

* Payments can be made via the listed methods on our website or Etsy store.

**5. Shipping & Delivery**

All quilts are shipped via **tracked Australia Post** for your peace of mind.

* Little Keepsake Lane is **not responsible** for items lost or damaged in transit once shipped.

* Local pickup from **Bacchus Marsh, VIC** can be arranged by appointment.

* Shipping costs will be clearly stated prior to dispatch.

 **6. Customer-Supplied Clothing**

You are responsible for ensuring all clothing items sent to Little Keepsake Lane are suitable for use.

While every effort is made to preserve sentimental fabrics, some materials may wear differently or show signs of age during the sewing process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this natural aspect of creating memory quilts.

**7. Refunds & Cancellations**

Due to the **custom, handmade nature** of our products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel before your order is started, your deposit will remain non-refundable.

If an issue arises, please contact us promptly — we’re always happy to discuss a fair resolution.

 **8. Privacy**

Your personal information and any clothing items provided are handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

We do not share customer information or photos without permission.

**9. Photos & Social Media**

With your consent, we may share photos of finished quilts on our social media or website to showcase our work. No personal information will ever be disclosed.

 **10. Agreement**

By placing an order with **Little Keepsake Lane**, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
