**Refunds & Returns Policy*

At **Little Keepsake Lane**, every quilt and keepsake is made with love, care, and attention to detail. Because each item is custom-made from your personal clothing and materials, please take a moment to review our refund and return policy before placing 

 1. Custom Orders

All quilts and keepsake items are **custom handmade** from your own clothing, which means:

* Refunds, returns, and exchanges **cannot be offered** once work has begun.

* Deposits are **non-refundable**, as they secure your booking and time in our sewing queue.

We take pride in crafting your keepsake with respect and care, and we’ll always work closely with you to make sure you’re happy with your design before sewing begins.


 **2. Cancellations**

If you wish to cancel your order **before** work has started:

* Your $100 deposit will remain **non-refundable**.

* Any remaining balance paid (if applicable) will be refunded.

Once your clothing has been cut or sewing has started, cancellations and refunds are **no longer available**.


**3. Damaged or Faulty Items**

Every quilt is carefully inspected before leaving our studio.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us **within 7 days of delivery** with photos of the damage (including the packaging).

While we cannot control what happens during postage, we’ll do our best to assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post.


**4. Lost Parcels**

All orders are shipped via **tracked Australia Post**. Once a tracking number has been provided, Little Keepsake Lane cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

We’ll always help follow up with the courier where possible, but postal delays are unfortunately beyond our control.


 **5. Quality & Satisfaction**

Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you have any concerns about your finished quilt, please get in touch within **7 days** of receiving it.

We’ll review your concern and work with you to find a fair solution.

Please note that small variations, stitching differences, or natural fabric wear are **part of the handmade process** and not considered faults.


 **6. Exchanges**

As each quilt is one-of-a-kind and made to your specifications, **exchanges are not available**.
